手板模型亦稱首板，即產(chǎn)品的首個(gè)樣板。早在七十年代香港開始有手板興起，因早時(shí)都用手工制作為主，因而得名曰"手板"，其實(shí)叫首板更為準(zhǔn)確。九十年代后期，特別是近幾年，我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)突飛猛進(jìn)，工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的興起，手板業(yè)開始興起。手板雖小，作用卻非常大，一是體現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)思維，二是展覽會(huì)展示，三是檢驗(yàn)?zāi)＞呓Y(jié)構(gòu)。
